Last month the Rochester Land Bank Corporation came into full swing acquiring 26 distressed properties, the idea of the land bank was a great example of city and neighborhoods working together to improve our community. These properties will be renovated and sold to first time home-buyers. Continuing on the theme of “Spring Cleaning,” this month the City will also host its annual Clean Sweep event with some big changes, and great give-aways!
